Enough

My first Illustration Friday submission.

One of the things I detest about summer nights is the fact that when I enter the back door to my parent's home, I am bombarded with a million kinds of moths and beetles.
You can say that I've had, "enough" of it. nyak nyuck nycuk.

Watercolor and Ink on cold press. Done in about 3 hours.
The following three pieces is a series of three riddles I did for Bob Bird's Children's Book Illustration class back in the fall, and I forgot to upload them.

"What do you get when you cross an elephant with a Boy Scout?"

"An elephant who helps old ladies across the street."

(Originally, Granny's shirt would of said "Vegas Baby!" but I thought it might of been over the target audience's head, kinda like every adult joke hidden in old Rugrats' episodes.)
"Why do Squirrels spend all their time in trees?"

"To stay away from the nuts on the ground"

(My teacher thought it was an interesting take on the riddle, being that you have to be nuts to live in a tree.)
" What is the difference between a cat and a comma?"

"One has a pause, the other has paws."

I hit a small rut the past few weeks, but I will be back soon with new work.

Kinda hard to go get good drawing papers when your radiator decides to explode on you.
